Beautifully Made

I bought 2 of these door stops last week & have now ordered a third. They are lovely, great quality & look way more expensive than they are. Royal Mail was a little late in delivering & I emailed Lucy just to say I

hadn’t received them & she was lovely. She

replied immediately, was friendly & reassuring a great advertisement for her business. She asked me to get in touch

again if it hadn’t arrived by a certain

number of days . She seemed genuinely concerned & it didn’t seem to matter that I

had bought 2 items & not 20. I sent her a quick message as it arrived a day later & once again she replied quickly. Her customer service is second to none. I had a very positive experience & thoroughly recommend this product & site.
