Here are Knobbles and Bobbles' pretty bubble glass mortice knobs for your room doors. They are spring loaded and come with the metal rod needed to fit through existing mortice mechanisms.
The knobs measure 7cm in diameter and will fit doors that are between 3.5 and 4.5cm.
